外文資料翻譯- 1 -機(jī)電一體化全自動(dòng)橫切機(jī)1、述自 20 世紀(jì) 70 年代我國(guó)洛陽浮法玻璃技術(shù)發(fā)明之后,我國(guó)的浮法玻璃工業(yè)迅速發(fā)展。目前,我國(guó)是世界最大浮法玻璃生產(chǎn)國(guó),2006 年我國(guó)的浮法玻璃生產(chǎn)線共有 160 多條,其中采用我國(guó)洛陽浮法玻璃技術(shù)的浮法玻璃生產(chǎn)線共有 130 多條,浮法玻璃總產(chǎn)量已超過 4.54 億重量箱,而且產(chǎn)量每年都大幅度增加。但我國(guó)洛陽浮法玻璃技術(shù)裝備與其它國(guó)家相比自動(dòng)化程度還很低,一直處在半自動(dòng)半人工狀態(tài),全面提高我國(guó)洛陽浮法玻璃技術(shù)裝備水平,開發(fā)全線聯(lián)鎖跟蹤生產(chǎn)技術(shù)已迫在眉捷。目前,我國(guó)洛陽浮法玻璃技術(shù)裝備主要處于單機(jī)分散控制階段(或部分聯(lián)鎖控制) ,要趕超國(guó)際浮法玻璃技術(shù)裝備水平,首先必須提高我國(guó)單機(jī)設(shè)備的自動(dòng)化功能。橫切機(jī)作為浮法玻璃冷端生產(chǎn)線上的重要設(shè)備之一,其自動(dòng)化程度及切割精度將影響玻璃生產(chǎn)的成品率,在此我們介紹一種機(jī)電一體化全自動(dòng)橫切機(jī)(見圖 1)。(圖一)1 設(shè)備精度適合,最大原板寬度:5000 mm 適合玻璃板厚度:1.519 mm 切割直線度精度:0.5 mm 切割對(duì)角線精度:3 m 板長(zhǎng):1 mm36 m 板長(zhǎng):1.5 mm 切割直線度精度:0.5 mm 刀壓調(diào)節(jié)范圍:0100 N 最大回刀速度:3000 mm/s2 設(shè)備功能2.1 優(yōu)化的切割功能在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)操作臺(tái)的觸摸屏上(或控制箱中)可以設(shè)定幾種常用產(chǎn)品和一種廢板規(guī)格,當(dāng)使用優(yōu)化切割時(shí),橫切機(jī)可以根據(jù)人工檢測(cè)(或在線檢測(cè)設(shè)備檢測(cè))的缺陷位置自動(dòng)選擇合理的設(shè)定規(guī)格和廢板規(guī)格進(jìn)行切割,切割信息通過聯(lián)網(wǎng)傳送給后面輸送輥道。一般有以下幾種優(yōu)化方式:按等級(jí)優(yōu)化切割,按不同等級(jí)切割,最大限度切取優(yōu)質(zhì)玻璃;按產(chǎn)品規(guī)格優(yōu)化切割,根據(jù)不同質(zhì)量及堆垛區(qū)外文資料翻譯- 2 -的堆垛情況切割成大、中、小不同規(guī)格的玻璃;
